Museum offering Halloween event with a side of Southeast Texas Heritage

A Halloween-themed event in Port Arthur provides households a likelihood to get outdoor for some fall enjoyable, but additionally helps convey consideration to at least one of the world’s most instructional amenities.

Fong stated following the pandemic, the museum noticed a giant uptick of senior citizen teams bussing in from Houston.

“We were seeing more of those than people in our area,” he stated.

“People from outside the area, a lot of time, are coming to make an attraction to Janis in some form,” he stated. “Her legend transcends everything else we do here.”
