MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Miami-Dade police have known the person who shot and killed his ex-girlfriend and her kid out of doors of a financial institution department Friday morning prior to taking his own life.
Authorities mentioned Monday morning that Michael Andres Pineda Lozano, 41, shot and killed Odalys Maria Bancroft, 43, and her 4-year-old son, Theodore Couto, within the drive-thru of the Chase Bank off Bird Road and Southwest 152nd Avenue in Kendall West.
Pineda Lozano used to be no longer Theodore’s father, police mentioned.
Family individuals mentioned Bancroft had lately filed a restraining order towards Pineda Lozano.
Authorities haven’t launched a cause for the murder-suicide.
