International manhunt after missing woman found dead at Boston airport

Police are actually running with Kenyan government to find him.

A missing woman who was once found dead Wednesday in a parking storage at Boston Logan International Airport was once murdered, and government say her killer has since boarded a aircraft to Kenya.

Margaret Mbitu, 31, was once found dead inside of a automobile inside the airport’s parking storage after her circle of relatives had reported her missing on Monday, in line with a commentary from the Massachusetts State Police.

Authorities have recognized 40-year-old Kevin Kangethe because the suspect within the murder. The pair reportedly knew each and every different and police consider that the murder was once no longer a random act.

“At approximately 6:30 PM Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2023, Massachusetts State Troopers assigned to the Logan Airport Barracks located a vehicle occupied by a deceased adult female in the Central Parking garage at Logan Airport,” government stated of their commentary to the click. “A subsequent investigation by the State Police Detective Unit for Suffolk County and State Police Troop F Detectives confirmed that the victim was the missing Whitman woman, Margaret Mbitu, 31. Evidence indicates that she was the victim of a homicide.”

Officials consider Kangethe is now in Kenya and Massachusetts State Police Detectives have bought an arrest warrant and say that they’re running with Kenyan government to find him.

There is not any danger to the general public or to Logan Airport vacationers and no additional information is being launched at this time to give protection to the integrity of the continuing investigation, police stated.
