Carrolton, Ga. — A university instructor in Georgia has been charged with killing an 18-year-old student who was shot whereas sitting in a automotive.

The Carrollton Police Department stated in a news launch that Richard Sigman, 47, is charged with homicide and aggravated assault in the shooting dying of Anna Jones, 18. Police stated they imagine Jones was killed when Sigman shot right into a parked automotive following an argument with a person at a pizza restaurant. The shooting occurred shortly after midnight Saturday.
