FLORIDA, N.Y. (NEWS10) – On April 22, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home within the Town of Florida for a attainable violation of an order of safety. Following an investigation, police say Rosemary A. Persons, 30, was found to be closely intoxicated whereas watching over her three younger children.
Persons was taken into custody and charged with the next:
- Second-degree prison contempt
- Endangering the welfare of a kid (three counts)
She was processed on the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and brought to the Town of Florida Court the place she was arraigned by the Honorable Judge Brown. Persons was launched on her personal recognizance and is scheduled to seem again within the Town of Florida Court at a later date.
