A Florida man accused in 2020 of attacking his mother and father, which killed his father and nearly killed his mother, has been found not guilty by reason of insanity.

Anthony Kaptzan was evaluated by docs appointed by the prosecution and the protection. The docs concluded that he was insane when he carried out the attacks in May 2020.

According to prosecutors, Kaptzan stabbed each his mother and father throughout an argument on the time. His father Alex was killed whereas his mother Ivette survived the assault.
