KANSAS CITY, Kan. (WIBW) – A man from Florida and one from Kansas are each dead after the car they had been in flew off an I-635 overpass in Kansas City.

The Kansas Highway Patrol Crash Log signifies that round 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, emergency crews had been referred to as to the realm of Kaw Dr. slightly below the I-635 overpass with studies of a fatality crash.

When officers arrived, they stated they discovered Nicholas M. Munoz, 35, of Plant City, Fla., had been driving a 2022 Ford Ranger southbound on I-635 as he approached I-70. They stated Munoz was driving aggressively and left the highway on the fitting aspect.

After the automobile left the highway, KHP indicated that Munoz continued into the ditch and got here to the hole between I-635 and the I-70 eastbound ramp. The Ranger went into the hole, flew off the overpass, fell to the bottom and landed on its roof on Kaw Dr.

KHP famous that Munoz was pronounced dead on the scene. His passenger, Joshua D. Foster, 39, of Springhill, Kan., was additionally pronounced dead on the scene. Both had been carrying their seatbelts on the time of the accident.
