HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – The circle of relatives of a woman is still searching for a suspect in a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run crash that killed their liked one on Aug. 19 in northwest Houston.

Isela Andrade was once strolling in the 11500 block of West Little York Road, and a car struck her and fled from the scene. Andrade’s circle of relatives is conserving a news convention on Monday to invite the general public to lend a hand them in finding whoever is accountable.
