A cooking oil truck rolled over in Southwest Florida Thursday, spilling over 1,300 gallons of cooking oil and ejecting two folks from the car.
The Florida Highway Patrol posted the dramatic video of the crash to Twitter on Thursday.

The video shows the truck roll over and bust open, spilling the cooking oil onto the highway, after which two folks flying out of the cab.
The two folks slide by the oil, then stand up and run away from the wreckage, the footage shows.
FHP tweeted that the folks suffered solely minor accidents, but it surely might have been worse since neither had been sporting seat belts.
