Fall festivals set for this weekend in Central Florida


Looking for an excuse to go exterior and benefit from the lovely fall climate? There are numerous fall festivals going down in Central Florida this weekend.

  • Celebrate Octoberfest in Downtown Avalon Park on Friday, Oct. 7. The occasion kicks off from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. with a beer backyard preview in Town Park and continues with a group competition that includes reside music, meals distributors and Alpine dancing. The occasion is free and family-friendly.
  • Come out for pony rides, hay rides and pumpkins at Painted Oaks Academy in Orlando on Saturday, Oct. 8.
  • A fall competition will probably be held at The Ranch at St. Cloud on Saturday, Oct. 8 and Sunday, Oct. 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Event organizers say there will probably be a crop maze, music, hay rides, youngsters zone, meals vans, native service provider distributors, pumpkin video games, and far more. Admission is $10.
  • From 10 a.m. to five p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, there will probably be a fall festival at Santa’s Farm in Eustis. Guests can count on a pumping patch, petting zoo, hayrides, a play space, a bar and grill, pony rides and extra. Admission begins at $15. The occasion will probably be held once more on Sunday.
  • Apopka will maintain an Oktoberfest & Craft Show at Kit Land Nelson Park from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8. Guests will be capable of store with 90 distributors and luxuriate in meals from at the least 15 meals vans. There will probably be a reside DJ and a youngsters space.
  • Winter Park will maintain an Autumn Art Festival on Saturday Oct. 8 and Sunday, Oct. 9 from 9 a.m. to five p.m. at Downtown Winter Park. Guests will see artwork created by native artists and luxuriate in reside leisure from native musicians. The family-friendly occasion is free.
