Teen charged as adult in rape of Hollywood woman

MIAMI – A Broward decide dominated Friday that 15-year-old Terry Berger Smith will likely be charged as an adult.

Police say he was 14 years outdated when he raped a woman in Hollywood, again in June.

Since then, one other woman has come ahead claiming somebody that matches Smith’s description tried to rape her again in May.
