Man, minor charged with murder of Oklahoma couple – Boston 25 News

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Okla. — A person was charged on Monday for allegedly killing a Washington County, Oklahoma couple, officers say.

In a news release, U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson introduced that Lucas Anthony Walker, 20, was charged Monday in a federal courtroom.

Walker has been charged with first-degree murder in Indian Country and discharging a firearm throughout and in relation to a criminal offense of violence, in keeping with the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

On Friday, Jan. 20, Walker and a 17-year-old lady have been reportedly arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office in connection to the deaths of Larry and Deborah Dutton, in keeping with KOKI.

According to courtroom data obtained by KOKI, investigators arrived on the Dutton’s home for a welfare test on “the couple’s suspicious disappearance.” When officers arrived on the home, Walker and the lady have been recognized because the occupants of the home.

The lady was reportedly the organic granddaughter of the Duttons who they adopted as a daughter, in keeping with courtroom data obtained by KOKI. Authorities decided that Walker was the lady’s boyfriend by means of social media.

Investigators obtained a search warrant and made their manner by means of the home. Once inside, investigators reportedly discovered blood, in keeping with KOKI. They seen that it seemed like somebody had tried to scrub up blood from one of the bedrooms.

Walker and the lady each allegedly confessed to killing Larry and Deborah on Dec. 19, in keeping with courtroom data obtained by KOKI.

Walker allegedly entered Larry and Deborah’s home whereas they have been each sleeping.

Court data obtained by KOKI mentioned {that a} knife and gun have been used within the murders. Walker allegedly confesses to utilizing one of the Dutton’s pistols.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Walker allegedly killed them after they awakened. Walker and the minor had allegedly buried the couple within the yard of the home.

The our bodies have been reportedly buried days afterward Dec. 22, in keeping with courtroom data obtained by KOKI. The investigation reportedly discovered that Walker and the lady have been allegedly spending the Dutton’s cash after the murders.

Walker was arrested on two counts of first-degree murder, in keeping with KOKI. He was formally charged with first-degree murder in Indian Country and discharging a firearm throughout and in relation to a criminal offense of violence, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

The lady can be charged as an grownup with two counts of first-degree murder within the Washington County District Court.
