McKinney ISD superintendent Rick McDaniel announces retirement

MCKINNEY, Texas — McKinney ISD Superintendent Dr. Rick McDaniel introduced his retirement from the district on Friday.

McDaniel got here to the district in 2006 and served as principal of McKinney Boyd High School.
