8 firefighters injured after house collapses in Detroit


DETROIT, Mich. (WXYZ) — Eight firefighters have been injured when a house collapsed following a hearth in Detroit, Michigan, Thursday afternoon.

Authorities stated two firefighters have been trapped in the rubble. One managed to free himself and the opposite was pulled out and loaded into an ambulance.

The eight injured firefighters have been taken to close by hospitals for remedy, authorities stated.

Detroit Fire Chief James Harris stated the firefighter pulled from the rubble is in critical situation. The different accidents included smoke inhalation and warmth stroke.
