WILLISTON — Thousands of peanut lovers made their approach to Williston’s Heritage Park on Saturday for the 33rd annual Central Florida Peanut Festival.

The competition, organized by the Williston Area Chamber of Commerce, was initially set for Saturday, Oct. 1 however was rescheduled due to the unknowns of Hurricane Ian that week.
