In Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a number of Shih Tzu doggies have been positioned for adoption after their earlier proprietor was once not able to take care of them. On adoption day, one of the doggies named Dexter, a 3-year-old Shih Tzu seemed ecstatic as he was once being petted and pampered by means of his new proprietor.
