Oklahoma City – More Oklahoma students wanting to proceed their schooling via the state’s Career Technology system might quickly be eligible for the Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Program (OHLAP) scholarship, often known as Oklahoma’s Promise, beneath laws approved unanimously final week by the Senate Appropriations Committee.
