TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Police in Cape Coral rushed to rescue a woman who drove right into a canal through the early morning hours Tuesday, in keeping with a put up on the Cape Coral Police Department’s Facebook web page.
An officer from the division leaped into the canal and assist rescue the woman from her sinking car.
Footage shared on the division’s Facebook web page confirmed officers pulling the woman from the car earlier than tending to her on the bottom.
