This week, Tarrant County Public Health issued a warning on its Twitter web page, encouraging folks to put on masks indoors and social distance.
On Thursday, Tarrant County Public Health Director Vinny Taneja informed WFAA he recommends taking further precautions as instances rise.
“After Memorial Day, some activity picked up, and we went from low to medium. Now, after Fourth of July we’ve gone from medium to high,” Taneja stated.
On Wednesday, the county reported 774 new constructive COVID-19 instances, a significant enhance from the start of June, when the county was averaging round 60 new every day instances.
On Thursday, the county reported 1,851 new COVID-19 instances, however well being officers clarified that the quantity included instances from a number of earlier days.
