Prices for D.C. building’s market-rate condos start at $310,000

Dave Park, crew chief, the Centurion Group at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, mentioned the minimalist constructing changed a rowhouse that was just like the adjoining rowhouses within the Carver-Langston space of D.C.

Carver-Langston and close by neighborhoods — together with Trinidad and Kingman Park — proceed to remodel together with the H Street NE hall. Park mentioned the situation is a key promoting level for TEN19.

“Carver-Langston is the suburb of the H Street corridor,” Park mentioned. “You have walking access to everything that H Street has to offer, from luxury grocery, restaurants, theater, boutique shopping and clubs, all serviced by the only running streetcar line in the District.”

Carver-Langston is made up of two neighborhoods, with Carver to the north of Maryland Avenue NE and Langston to the south. Carver was named after famend African American scientist George Washington Carver and Langston after John Mercer Langston, the primary Black member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Virginia.

The TEN19 constructing is bordered by an alley on one aspect and has a yard as a shared amenity. Three out of doors parking spots are available for purchase at $40,000 every, Park mentioned.
