Police revealed that the man charged with killing seven people at a July 4 parade in Highland Park, Illinois, traveled to Wisconsin after the shooting and “seriously contemplated” another attack. A judge ordered Robert “Bobby” Crimo III to be held without bond. He was charged on Tuesday with seven counts of first-degree murder. Adriana Diaz has more.
