Penn State soccer survived one more chaotic week throughout the nation on Saturday afternoon to the tune of a 33-14 victory over Central Michigan, bettering to 4-0 on the 12 months and rising three spots to No. 11 in the newest AP Poll, which was launched on Sunday afternoon.
Elsewhere in the Big Ten, the highest of the convention took care of enterprise as No. 3 Ohio State pummeled Wisconsin 52-21 whereas No. 4 Michigan pushed previous Maryland 34-27.
Minnesota, which joins the rankings this week at No. 21, defeated Michigan State 34-7, whereas Penn State’s Week 5 opponent, Northwestern, got here up quick towards Miami (Ohio) in a low scoring 17-14 affair.
Outside of the Big Ten, each No. 1 Georgia and No. 2 Alabama stay undefeated following wins whereas No. 5 Clemson survived in time beyond regulation towards Wake Forest and No. 6 USC received late towards Oregon State.
Oklahoma was the one high 10 workforce to lose on Saturday regardless of some shut video games elsewhere, falling to No. 18 after a 41-34 loss to Kansas State.
Former Penn State quarterback Will Levis and Kentucky rose to No. 7 after a 31-23 win over Northern Illinois. Tennessee and NC State moved into the highest 10 at No. 8 and 10, respectively and Oklahoma State held serve at No. 9.
