Oklahoma convenience stores sell to Denver buyer, other realty deals

Denver-based Monfort Cos.’ 7E CO Holdings LLC has acquired 19 gasoline and convenience stores throughout southwest Oklahoma to function beneath the title Chisholm Corner.   

The firm purchased stores in Alex, Apache, Cache, Walters, two in Elgin, Marlow, and Pauls Valley, eight in Duncan, plus one in Wichita Falls, Texas. Montfort wouldn’t say how a lot it paid for them. The vendor was Brent Bostick, president of Bostick and Associates.

The Chisholm Corner portfolio is Monfort’s firm’s most up-to-date transaction in a collection of nationwide gasoline and convenience retailer acquisitions. The agency has 78 stores in Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, and Wisconsin beneath manufacturers together with 7-Eleven, Speedway, Jack’s and Monfort Express.  

“This acquisition represents Monfort Cos.’ ongoing commitment to investing in urban and rural communities alike,” stated Kenneth Monfort, government vice chairman. “Convenience stores like Chisholm Corner bring economic impact by creating local jobs and generating sales tax revenue that spur long-term vitality in communities across the U.S.”

  • Acrelec leased 1,973 sq. toes of workplace area in Bricktown Central at 116 E Sheridan Ave. Allison Barta Bailey and Derek James dealt with the transaction.  
  • Insomnia Cookies leased 1,600 sq. toes of retail area in Shoppes at Edmond University at 1165 E Second St., Edmond. George Williams and Paul Ravencraft dealt with the transaction.  
  • Clearview Imaging of OKC LLC leased 1,500 sq. toes of retail area in Shartel Plaza at 5122 N Shartel. Tom Fields and Everest Ernst dealt with the transaction.  
  • Beyond Janitorial leased 1,357 sq. toes of workplace area in One Western Plaza at 5500 N Western Ave. Tre Dupuy and Derek James dealt with the transaction.
  • Proper Skate Shop leased 1,350 sq. toes of retail area in Edmond Plaza at 1716 S Broadway Ave., Edmond. Girma Moaning dealt with the transaction.  
  • Andeel & Co. leased 1,249 sq. toes of workplace area at Jamestown Office Park at 3037 NW 63. Derek James dealt with the transaction.  
  • Cuts and Culture leased 1,200 sq. toes of retail area in Regional Square at 1120 S Douglas Blvd, Midwest City. George Williams and Paul Ravencraft dealt with the transaction. 

Newmark Robinson Park experiences these actual property transactions

  • Kamaole Capital LLC paid $1.725 million to JE Corp LLC for a 7,404-square-foot workplace constructing at 14504 Bogert Parkway. Brent Conway and Bill Cohlmia with Newmark Robinson Park represented the vendor and Eric Fleske with Fleske Holdings Co. LLC represented the client.
  • Belle Medical leased 3,000 sq. toes of area within the Camino Building, 13861 Quail Pointe Drive. Conway represented the owner and Jordan White with Site Selection Group represented the tenant.
  • Lincare Inc. renewed a lease for 9,859 sq. toes of workplace area at Lakepointe Towers, 4005 Northwest Expressway. Brent Conway and Vicki Knotts represented the owner.
  • Tulsa Community Foundation leased 3,869 sq. toes of workplace area at Oil Center, 2601 Northwest Expressway. Knotts represented the owner. 
  • Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. leased 25,171 sq. toes of workplace area at Leadership Square, 211 N Robinson Ave. Brent Conway and Bill Cohlmia represented the owner and Brad Rice represented the tenant. 
  • That 80’s Store leased 1,200 sq. toes of retail area at Greenway Plaza Shopping Center, 11807 S Western Ave. Jim Rose represented the owner.
