Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics shuts down grow operations in Pontotoc County

PONTOTOC COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics has shut down a number of marijuana rising operations this week, for transferring hundreds of kilos of marijuana to the out-of-state black market.

According to a Facebook post, the OBN seized almost 40,000 crops and three,000 kilos of course of marijuana packaged for transport.

The OBN stated three individuals had been arrested in reference to this case and extra arrests are anticipated because the investigation continues.

Assisting OBN had been the Pontotoc County Sheriff’s Department, the Ada Police Department, the Chickasaw Light Horse Police Department, the District 22 Drug Task Force, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, DEA, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), FBI, and the US Marshalls Service.
