Northeast Oklahoma man dies in rollover accident | News

JAY, Okla. — A Jay, Oklahoma, man died Sunday in a one-vehicle rollover accident north of Colcord, Oklahoma.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 2:03 p.m. Sunday on South 670 Road south of East 470 Road, which is slightly below 4 miles north of Colcord in Delaware County.

James Gann, 67, of Jay, Oklahoma, was driving a 2001 Ford F-150 pickup northbound on S. 670 Road and failed to barter a curve. The pickup left the highway, struck a number of bushes after which rolled about 1 1/2 occasions coming to relaxation on its prime. Gann was pinned in the wreckage and pronounced useless on the scene.

The Jay, Oklahoma, Fire Department and Jay Ambulance Service responded.
