Police have indicted a Massachusetts man for the 1986 murder of a North Andover lady who was a college student on the time of her demise.
On Wednesday, Essex District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett introduced 63-year-old John Carey can be charged with one rely of first-degree murder in the demise of 20-year-old Claire Gravel.
