DORAL, Fla. – A Homestead guy was once arrested Monday after police stated he sexually battered a pregnant woman at her house in unincorporated Miami-Dade final weekend.

According to an arrest document from the Miami-Dade Police Department, Abner Roeli Chovajay-Noj, 22, is going through fees of sexual battery on an individual 18 years or older.

The document states that Chovajay-Noj entered the 20-year-old sufferer’s house close to the 1700 block of Northwest 87th Avenue simply prior to middle of the night Saturday to confront her about being pregnant.

After coming into the woman’s house and sitting down on her mattress, police stated Chovajay-Noj started to the touch her.

An arrest document said the sufferer’s circle of relatives was once now not mindful she was once pregnant and that he advised her to conform to his “sexual advances” or he would inform her circle of relatives in regards to the being pregnant.

After the sufferer refused to have intercourse with Chovajay-Noj, he then pinned her down at the mattress and were given on most sensible of her, the document said.

Police stated after pinning the sufferer down, Chovajay-Noj put one of his palms beneath the sufferer’s shorts and touched her vagina.

According to the document, the sufferer started to yell, which brought on a neighbor to name the police.

Authorities stated the sufferer was once ready to flee and run outdoor, which led Chovajay-Noj to escape the scene in his car.

According to the document, Chovajay-Noj later known as MDPD’s Special Victims Bureau/Sexual Crimes Unit and instructed that he sought after to return in and communicate to detectives in regards to the incident.

Detectives stated Chovajay-Noj admitted to the sufferer’s allegations and was once arrested.

According to prison information, he was once launched from the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center after posting a $7,500 bond.
