Another Oklahoma highschool star has pledged to play school soccer exterior of the Sooner State.

Bai Jobe, a 6-foot-4, 215-pound edge rusher from Norman, verbally dedicated to Michigan State over Oklahoma and Alabama on Thursday.

A two-sport athlete at Community Christian School, Jobe was credited with 56 tackles and 16.5 quarterback sacks final season.

Jobe is rated a 4-star recruit by each 247 Sports and Rivals, and is one other gifted Oklahoma highschool product within the 2023 class who has opted to commit out of state.

Perviously, tight finish Luke Hasz and two-way athlete Micah Tease each verbally dedicated to Arkansas, and extensive receiver Cole Adams verbally dedicated to Alabama.

The Sooners at the moment don’t have any line of defense commitments within the 2023 class, however that would change over the approaching months.

A pair of OU targets in Kansas City defensive finish Adepoju Adebawore and Florida defensive lineman Derrick LeBlanc are winding down their recruitments.

LeBlanc is scheduled to announce his choice on July 28.

Brent Venables’ recruiting class has added a lot of gamers over the previous couple of weeks, and the Sooners now have 11 commitments within the 2023 class, which ranks because the No. 25 class within the nation by 247 Sports.
