Police mentioned Jellisa Baxter known as 911 to report that she killed her 3-year-old daughter at their apartment in North Miami Beach.
“I just killed my daughter,” Baxter is heard telling the dispatcher in the course of the name.
The dispatcher requested Baxter how she killed the lady.
“I tried strangling her,” she mentioned. “That didn’t work, so I stabbed her with a knife.”
