LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. – Thierry Bastien died in May right through a shooting at Walmart in Lauderdale Lakes, and his family is accusing the retail massive of negligence.
Bastien’s family was once assembly outdoor of the Walmart Superstore, at 3001 N. State Road 7, on Monday to announce a wrongful dying lawsuit.
Makia Ford, Bastien’s female friend, stated they had been buying groceries with their child boy, Thierry Bastien Jr., when she witnessed how Bastien, a Walmart buyer, was once pressured to interfere as a person attacked a girl.
Both the attacker, Tironie Sterling, and the sufferer had been Walmart staff, in step with police. Ford stated Sterling fatally shot Bastien, who didn’t know both of the workers.
