MIAMI – A Miramar man is dealing with felony costs after being accused of molesting youngsters on separate events. One of the youngsters instructed police he had also “committed a sex act on a bird.”
Police mentioned that three juvenile victims instructed their older brother and father that Angel Nazario, 26, sexually assaulted them again in 2016 and 2017 at Nazario’s home whereas his mom babysat them after faculty.
The arrest report mentioned Nazario would expose himself and have the youngsters contact him.
Police mentioned a fourth juvenile victim got here ahead through the investigation and made related accusations towards Nazario.
One of the victims instructed police that Nazario also dedicated a sexual act on a hen.
The arrest report also mentioned that Nazario gave one of many youngsters video video games in return.
Police mentioned all incidents occurred at Nazario’s residence. “On some occasions, victims were inside of Nazario’s closet as the acts occurred with the other victims,” authorities mentioned.
Nazario surrendered to authorities on Thursday, September 1 to Miami Gardens police.
Police mentioned that, “Due to defs (Nazario’s) disability, his legal counsel invoked his constitutional rights. Therefore, no statement was obtained.”
Nazario is at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
