Community members gathered Saturday evening to look at the East Texas Symphony Orchestra resume its 2022-23 live performance sequence with Buster Keaton’s “The General” on the UT Tyler Cowan Center.
The ETSO, led by Music Director Richard Lee, supplied the viewers with an added visible expertise by performing the dwell soundtrack as they loved the silent basic.
The season continues Feb. 23 when Sebastian Krunnies, violist with the Berlin Philharmonic, joins the orchestra for “Dance with the Viola.”
During the “Tribute to Boston Pops” live performance on March 25, the ETSO will play acquainted choices from “Les Miz,” “Harry Potter” and “Game of Thrones.”
The season concludes May 13 with Joseph Haydn’s “The Creation,” an outline of the creation of all issues as described within the ebook of Genesis and Milton’s “Paradise Lost.”
