MIAMI – Trouble was once brewing within a Miami Starbucks Thursday morning.
Cell telephone video displays espresso cups flying, then, the irate buyer runs in the back of the counter threatening to battle.
Another employee de-escalates the placement through restraining the woman.
It all began with a confrontation after the woman ordered within the drive-thru on the Starbucks at 6320 Biscayne Blvd. within the MiMo District.
Right ahead of the video starts, the client throws her hot drink on the Starbucks employee.
Miami police have been within moments later.
The woman, who hasn’t been publicly recognized, in the end left and retailer staff locked its doorways to scrub up the mess.
A Starbucks spokesperson stated in a commentary that the corporate is conscious about the incident:
“Starbucks takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming Third Place environment – it’s core to who we are as a company. We expect all of our customers and partners to treat each other with dignity and respect.
We also feel strongly that every partner deserves a safe and welcoming work environment. We care deeply about the experience every partner has while wearing the green apron and do not condone violence of any kind in our stores.
