Cocaine trafficker operated near Florida Keys airport and government building, deputies say

MIAMI – Deputies reported arresting a cocaine trafficker who was working in a house proper exterior of the Florida Keys/Marathon International Airport on Monday in Marathon.

Enrique Valdes, who was wished on cocaine-related violations, was working on the house alongside Second Avenue, only a few steps away from the Florida Keys Mosquito Control constructing, based on deputies.

Detectives discovered 56.8 grams of cocaine and $28,960 in money contained in the one-story two-bedroom house, based on Adam Linhardt, a spokesman for the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Valdes is going through fees of cocaine trafficking, three counts of promoting cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
