AVENTURA, Fla. – An Aventura man is going through two legal fees after police accused him of stalking a former condo board opponent and brandishing weapons amid a months-long dispute.

Moises Mitrani, 73, is going through fees of stalking and annoyed attack with a dangerous weapon following his arrest on Tuesday.
