According to troopers, a girl named Amy Payne allegedly kidnapped {the teenager}.

An Amber Alert has been issued for 14-year-old Abby Carter in Marshall County, in response to OHP.
Abby was final seen carrying blue denims, a black jacket and a backpack, OHP mentioned. She is described as 5 ft tall, 130 kilos, with blonde hair and inexperienced eyes.
The suspect is 43-year-old Amy Payne, OHP mentioned. Amy is described as 5 ft and 4 inches tall, 150 kilos, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Abby was final seen at 16979 Rainbow Lane in Kingston, Oklahoma, round 2:50 p.m. on Jan. 16.
