DALLAS — As a part of WFAA’s National Adoption Day particular ‘Celebrate The Love,’ Cynthia Izaguirre sat down with Emma, a birth mother, and Rachel, an adoptive mother, to debate their ongoing relationship. 

Topics of dialog included the dynamics of a birth mother/adoptive mother relationship, some widespread misconceptions, how their relationship has advanced over time and why they selected to have an open adoption.
