OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Three people escaped a house fire in northwest Oklahoma City late Friday night time.

The blaze ignited round 11:30 p.m. in The Greens subdivision, close to Lake Hefner Parkway and the Kilpatrick Turnpike.

Three people inside the house heard popping noises, smelled smoke and ran outdoors to security.

Firefighters rescued their canine and extinguished the flames.

Fire officers haven’t but decided what began the fire.
